To Create a Return Label:   To submit a return on an order you've received and print the return label, (click HERE)   You will need your order # & the email address used to place the order.

 

Gift Returns: If you changed your mind about a gift?  We will not tell. Contact our Customer Care Team, to assist you with returning your gift to exchange for a new item.

 

Return Policy: AVLN Studio gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise.  Return must be made within 30 days of delivery and will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.

 

Please make sure to obtain a drop-off receipt for returns, AVLN Studio is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier or shipment center.  The drop of receipt is your confirmation of the return.  If you are sending the return using your own carrier we are not responsible for returned items that we do not receive.

 

Final Sale Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or price adjusted.

 

Full Return Policy: You can return eligible items free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. A shipment label for approved returns will be provided for returns in the continental USA only.  AVLN Studio does not reimburse for return labels paid for by consumers.

 

For all returns shipped to and returned from an address outside the continental USA: we do not provide return labels or refund any costs for the return shipping.

  • Full-price and sales items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Final-Sale items cannot be returned at any time.
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned at avlnstudio.com
  • AVLN Studio merchandise purchased at independent retailers, department stores or discount stores must be returned to the retailer where it was purchased.

 

Returning by Fedex/UPs Ground or USPS Priority Mail using the label printed from avlnapparel.com is free of charge within the continental U.S.  We do not reimburse for labels purchased.

 

Exchanges At this time we do not process exchanges please return and enter an order for the replacement item.

 

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, AVLN Studio will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.  AVLN Studio will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the continental USA. with return address in the continental USA.

To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact:

  • AVLN Studio Customer Care Team care@avlnstudio.com Our Customer Care Team works 9am - 3pm PST, Monday through Friday except for holidays and refer to the “order number” listed on your packing slip or your order confirmation email.
  • AVLN Apparel customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur.
  • AVLN Apparel is not liable for any damages and/or package loss from a third-party shipping service.

 

Refunds & Credits You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive an AVLN Studio credit per our policies. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 30 business days and send you an email confirmation.  Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow for 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

 

Price Adjustment  AVLN Studio will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the shipment date for price differences on avlnapparel.com only.  To receive a price adjustment, please contact AVLN Studio Customer Care Team care@avlnstudio.com  and refer to the order number on your packing slip or the order confirmation email.  All Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.

 

Final Sale        Any item marked final sale is no eligible for return.
