Thank you for visiting Avalon Apparel’s (“AVLN Studio”) e-commerce site hosted at www.avlnstudio.com (“Site”).  Please review these frequently asked questions for information on the Site.  If you have additional questions, please contact us at Care@avlnstudio.com 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order can be found on www.avlnstudio.com.  To check your order status, log in to your account page and select “Order History”. From this page you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders.  If your order has shipped you will see the tracking number. Please note: You must be logged in to your account at the time of the purchase for your order to reflect in the Order History.  If you use guest checkout, this function is not available.

 

Can I make a change or cancel my order?

To provide the best possible service for our customers, we begin processing an order as soon as the order is placed.  Because we may have started the processing of your avlnstudio.com order immediately, we cannot update or cancel orders.

If you forgot to add a promo code, please contact us via Care@avlnstudio.com  include your order number and promo code in communication. 

Please note that we offer price adjustments or missing promo codes only within 7 days of when your order is purchased.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.  AVLN Studio business days are Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.  Please check the selected shipment method for number of days for shipment to deliver to you.

Please keep in mind that when we have an influx of orders during sale, peak periods and holiday time periods the processing of your order could take longer.  If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Care Team care@avlnstudio.com , we will be glad to help.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Please keep in mind that the USPS, UPS & Fedex and additional carriers are experiencing delays, and so there may be delays to the shipment and arrival of your order.  AVLN Studio does the best it can to ensure speedy deliver of your order, but some delays are outside of our control.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can see the shipment status.  Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours for the tracking information to register on the carrier’s website.  Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you have not received your information. 

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when your order is placed.

If you attempted to place an order, but were unsuccessful, some credit cards and/or bank establishments do place a hold for the failed amount.  This is not a charge to the card, but a held authorization on the banking side. If you have any questions regarding failed attempts to place an order please contact our Customer Care Team and we will be glad to assist you.

 

Why should I become a registered user, create an account?

We encourage you to set up an account to improve your shopping experience.

  • Faster check out on return visits, we securely save your address and billing information for quick check out.
  • Order history to access the details of all your past orders.
  • News and exclusive offers: sign up to receive email updates on new product arrivals, trends, gift ideas, special promotions, sale promotions and much more.

 

How are taxes calculated?

We only collect sales tax in the states where Avalon Apparel LLC either has a physical office or we have established tax nexus.

 

Is ordering over the Internet secure?

Yes, our website includes an SSL certificate that uses industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. We use PCI compliant, Shopify Payment Solutions for credit card processing, our teams do not have access to your credit card information. Do you sell Gift Cards?

We do not sell Gift Cards at this time.

 

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Apple Pay. We are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. We use PCI compliant, Shopify Payment Solutions for credit card processing, our teams do not have access to your credit card information. Please note that if we believe there is any payment fraud, we have the right to refuse or cancel an order, but we have no obligation to confirm the accuracy of any orders placed.

 

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes, your credit card is charged when your order is placed.

 

SHIPPING

What are your shipping fees & shipping delivery times?

Free ground shipping via UPS SurePost is automatically applied during checkout on all orders over $200 within the continental U.S. 

For all other shipping, the rate is based on the weight and delivery address. This includes expedited shipping. Delivery costs are provided at checkout. Please see the shipping chart for more details.  Please keep in mind the historic delays affect all shipping carriers.  We will do our best to have your order arrive quickly, but some delays are beyond our control.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

AVLN Studio ships to PO Boxes or APO/FRO addresses; the only shipment method for PO Boxes or APO/FRO is UPS SurePost.

What is the AVLN Studio return policy?

We accept returns of products purchased online through avlnstudio.com within 30 days of delivery of order.  All returned items must be in brand new condition, with all tags in place. 

AVLN Studio will issue a refund for returns received that are unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition with the packing slip and tags attached in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.  If AVLN Studio believes an item has been worn or is not in new condition, AVLN Studio has the right to refuse a refund. 

Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for online store credit only.

AVLN Studio merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originated retailer.

In the event AVLN Studio suspects that any customer is using the Site to perpetuate fraud, or taking advance of the return policy, AVLN Studio has the right to refusal a return, or refuse to process a refund, or opt to provide a store credit.

Where do I ship my return?

AVLN Studio offers free returns for orders in the continental U.S. only.  To obtain a return label, visit our Returns Center.  Returns must be shipped / mailed to the address on the return label.  If you need assistance contact our Customer Care Team.  If you do not use the label we provide, you are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives to us, and we suggest you insure the return package and utilize a method with tracking. 

 

How should I ship my return?

  1. Go to AVLN Studio ReturnsCenter (Click Here)
  2. Enclose the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in your return package
  3. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package, if possible.  Adhere the return shipping label printed from the email you received when your return is approved.  
  4. Bring and drop off your package to the authorized shipping location, retain a receipt for the drop-off.

 

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at the AVLN Studio warehouse, your refund will be processed within 30 business days (Monday - Friday) after the day the package is received by our warehouse, assuming the return meets our criteria.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part.

Your bank may require 2 - 21 business days (Monday - Friday) to reflect the return transaction once we process the return. Typically debit & credit cards with regional banks take 14 - 21 business days.

 

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

 

Can I receive a price adjustment for my order?

We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the shipment date of the original order. To receive a price adjustment, please contact AVLN Studio Customer Care Team care@avlnstudio.com and refer to your order number.  Private Sale items are excluded and other promotions may also be excluded.

 

How do I receive promotional offers?

Sign up for our emails below for exclusive offers. 

 

Can promotional codes be combined?

Only one coupon code can be used at a time.  During sale periods, multiple discounts cannot be stacked or combined.  In the event we believe a customer is misusing promotional codes, we have the right to refuse to honor a promotional code. 

 

Will you price match another retailer?

On AVLN Studio products there may be occasions when our styles are offered for less.

We will gladly match another qualified retail partner’s price on identical items that meet our price match conditions.

  • Price match is only for items that are available on avlnstudio.com
  • The items must be identical: the style number and color code must match.
  • The product must be in new condition, in stock and be available to buy on the retailer’s website, we do not match prices for items that are sold out.
  • We do not match pricing for stacked promotions.

If the price match meets these conditions, contact our Customer Care Team and be sure to provide a link and / or photo of the item on the other retailer’s site.
